What's New at WCM
I typically take a bit of a break from miniatures in the late spring/early summer
to catch up on household and gardening projects and to reset my
creative balance. Working outside in the yard and
creating/organizing/refreshing life-size surroundings
always inspires me and by the time I return to my studio, I
find I have more ideas than time. Isn't that always
the case? :)
So, to bring you up-to-date, the Whimsy "staff" has increased
get him started on that soon enough. ;)
I've also been working on a collaboration with my
sister, a very talented artist in her own right. More
about that later as that unveiling will be a post
all of its own. :)
In the meantime, supplies for making and packaging
miniatures are now available in my shop! Hop
on over and take a peek. New items will
be added regularly.
Congratulations on your new grandson, what a sweetie, his smile tells you so much about his friendly personality, a real treasure. I'm sure he will help with your minis when he is a bit older.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Jean! He's just learning to giggle and it warms my heart to hear it. Being a grandma is the bestest!
DeleteAn adorable infant, your grandson. The best mini ever!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Drora
Thank you, Drora. I so agree -- the best mini ever! :)
DeleteHow cute! He's looking wonderful! What a wonderful grandson. I wonder if I become a grandma sometime?
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your grandchild !!
Regards Dorien
Thank you, Dorien. I hope that everyone who wishes to someday be a grandparent becomes one. It's such an awesome experience it should be experienced by everyone. :)
DeleteOh, Whims, he's absolutely adorable! I've been helping friends with triplet boys (they just turned 4 months old) and have enjoyed grandma type time. (It's likely to be awhile til I get to be grandma for real.)
ReplyDeleteI hope all is well for you and your family.
Thank you, De. We sure are enjoying him!
DeleteTriplets?!? Wow, I can't imagine! Just one is a lot of work! I hope you still have time to submit an entry for the Sept. 1st Team Challenge: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. I am really looking forward to your entry! :)
